The Central Manager solution has been designed with ease-of-use and reliability in mind. The overall look and feel of the software replicates the Backoffice module in each Restaurant Manager site license. The system includes multiple automated processes that aim to guarantee successful completion of the overnight polling process. Detailed information on the polling process is available on-screen at the end of each polling session.
The system also allows polling to take place regardless of whether an individual store is open and operating or not. In the rare case when there has been an overnight communication error, a manager can instantly poll the affected stores based on the on-screen polling report.
